....After pre-casting, Anthony Bean launched a city wide audition seeking African-American and Caucasion actors to complete
the cast. The daughter had to be Bi-Racial; almost white.....in addition she had to be attractive. During the auditions,
in walks Joy Suzanne Grazer, a German-Ethiopian model who is a perfect match for the role of the daughter, "Cindy."
Everyone agrees that she has "Supermodel" looks, but can she act? She soon proved herself.
"I want people to talk with me, to me.....Don't just look at my physical appearace because there is so much more
to me," says Joy.
She dosen't just want to be another "pretty face."
".....I am a mental person...."
"Cindy, the character I portray, is basically average. She is sweet and kind and loves her family. This is good
for the play and I do enjoy playing her, but it is a stretch for me because I am nothing like her....."
"....There is a dark side to me and want to explore that too. It's the ultimate art....to the public; sweet and
demure, innocent and naive; everybody trusts her, but she embodies a murderous spirit and acts upon the impulses at will..."
